I went to this salon and experienced the most rudest customer service - ever. I went in for a very short hair cut, and the salon's daughter kept obnoxiously commenting on how I will regret it. I eventually had to let her know that it was my hair, and my decision, kindly, but sternly. My hair is very coarse and curly/wavy, but it dries very fast. With that said, the salon owner was obviously not experienced in more textured hair, which is understandable. However, it is common sense to not flat iron hair while it is still wet. She got loud and became extremely condescending when I asked her sheepishly why she was flat ironing my hair while it was still very damp (the hot iron was making my wet hair sizzle and smoke). I was so embarrassed because everyone started staring. I tried to make the best of the experience by making small talk and changing the subject. First of all, it is not the customer's job to make the experience pleasant, but the stylist. Any who, the cut itself was just okay. A salon should always pride itself in delivering great customer service, even during mistakes - which will happen; we're human. They also need to ensure great customer service. Neither of these were executed. I will NEVER go there again nor will I recommend this place.

I have always had a wonderful experience at this shop. Everyone is friendly and my hair is so much healthier since I have been going here. I highly recommend this salon.

Came in to get my hair dyed mahogany, I had faded pink hair when I came in. After the entire process the color came out just the same as I had before but a little darker. My roots were still black. My hair had spots that were darker than other parts. I didn't ask for something temporary. It had faded completely after a couple washes. Payed a lot when I could've just taken my money elsewhere.

Prices are very fair and sandy is amazing! I went in with my hair uneven and super short due to at home color damage and she worked with me every month to help get my hair back to healthy and a pretty length. I always walked in and said "cut whatever you think is needed" and every time it became less and less hair needed :) the vibe of the place is quiet and comfortable and the other employees are cool to talk to while getting my hair done. She never pushed product on me, just recommended. When I was going to her, I was in cosmetology school and if I weren't currently working in a hair salon myself (I just get my hair done at work), I'd still be going to sandy 100%
