We used CRE to book a weeklong vacation trip to Costa Rica for our family of four. Save for the flights that we booked ourselves, they took care of everything. Ariana and the crew at CRE were always available to answer questions, and when a last-minute change had to be made (not CRE's fault), they were very timely in making alternate arrangements. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were to work with, and we would definitely use them again in the future.

As senior citizens who do not speak Spanish, we needed help for our first trip to Costa Rica. After searching the web, we chose Costa Rica Experts who have main offices in USA, as well as in Costa Rica. Our trip, including lodging, excursions and local transports, was arranged by Ariana, tailored to our needs. Every step was smoothly executed to make our trip a memorable and most satisfying experience. Their office in Costa Rica was also easily accessible for making any changes in our plans while we were there. The accommodations they reserved for us were luxurious, and in the middle of forests with superb vistas, such as Nayara hotel in Arenal, or the Monteverde Lodge. Besides participating in well-known excursions, we also had many unique experiences, such as the Mangrove boat and Kayak tour by Safari Adventures, through hotel Gaia in Manuel Antonio, or the Monteverde cloud forest reserve hike with Oscar Castillo, a Naturalist guide (Nasua tours), whose in depth descriptions of the flora and fauna, and knack of finding and helping us get close up pictures of the elusive Quetzal or the viper with eyelashes or the tiny orchid blooming under a leaf, made us feel very close to the natural world of the forest.

We used them last year on our special anniversary vacation . They were excellent as with our schedules and nanny hunting we had no time . They took care of it all . Wonderful people ! We loved it !

Helped us plan our Christmas vacation in Costa Rica. Transportation was easy and drivers all so friendly and helpful. Great suggestions for our itinerary and accommodated our requests. Would use again!

My wife and I recently returned from out honeymoon in Costa Rica. We are not usually ones to use a travel agency, but we did not feel like planning a trip in great detail after planning a wedding. I am so glad we found Costa Rica Experts. Every aspect of the trip was well organized and smooth. The drivers were on time, the resorts were excellent, and all excursions were amazing. They made the trip very relaxing for the both of us. Excellent overall experience!
