Not very good. Hadn't eaten at a Mr. Hero for 12-15 years, now I remember why. Not that good. It wasn't dirty in the restaurant part, but only 2 people came in while we were there and they too were disappointed. I didn't ask them but heard them talking.

Mr hero is a classic regional sub shop. If you've never had a Roman burger, you should. Their mayo is real gross, so I get it with no mayo and I thinks it's better.

Good service and food but you better take out a small loan. Over $11 for a medium cheese steak combo...

Excellent customer service. The restaurant was really nice & clean. My new favorite place!
