They took money from my account for 3 months. total $637! I went for 8 months and didnt lose any weight! They have no sort of cardio, not effective, high pressure sales. STAY AWAY!!! Trainers are very full of themselves, not motivating at all. I get angry everytime I realize I wasted $167 a month for someone to tell me to go to the next machine for 15 minutes twice a week. AWFUL

I was served by a young man who was open & honest about the program and how it could benefit me! It sounds great!
