My experience was not like these others. The staff has manners, put me in a great car only a couple years old (in fact it was a better model than I reserved), and had no problems. I even called ahead due to concerns and was treated friendle. No issues at all!

I use this location frequently. Staff has always been helpful.

got in my car and it had a light on that there was a flat tire. called the front desk of national and they said "don't worry it's just the weather, change in the temperature makes that light go off."

So then I ended up having to change the tire in the rain in big horn county and drive back going 50 mph on a spare in a 80 mph.

The people at the front desk were pretty unapologetic about the experience but gave me a free day for my rental.

Now I have some insurance company that can barely speak english calling me asking me "did you hit something while driving the car?"

0/5 stars worst experience with a rental car I have ever had and a have rented a couple cars a month for the last three years.

Just like the other reviews, do not waste your time. The nasty attitude that the frumpy cashier has is beyond atrocious. She goes out of her way to find a way to decline a rental. I had a major issue and walked right over to the Hertz counter (Which she was screaming at him not to rent me a car) and they took care of it, and got me in the car. Hertz made the 850$ instead of that ugly souled wench. The National clerk threatened me, told me to wait until she got off work: to what?? That is very professional, huh? All of these reviews can not be wrong. The insults that she flung at me were an entertaining way to my evening though. I told my family and friends , and we got a kick out of how hillbilly you must be to never see diamonds like that. Yes my dear, they are real. Yes my dear, I am married to a man who owns his own company. Sadly your ugly soul will never produce a ring on your finger like that. I hope you see this review, Little Miss National. I will be enjoying my vacation while you struggle with your pathetic life. Working at an airport rental counter....and not even being able to succeed at that.
