Terrible overall experience which took 1:15hrs to pick up a reservation. The people were nice, but neither of the 2 lines moved for nearly 30 minutes, it took that long to serve the customers at the front. Finally got through the line after 45 minutes, and they didn't do a walk-through of the vehicles. They marked everyone's vehicles as no damage, full tanks, and sent the customers to the parking lot by themselves. Everyone after me was going back in for some problem. My problem was that the tank was only half full. I went in to ask for them to fill it up, and I waited 15 minutes for the person to show up. I called in the front desk and they contacted the service guy again. The whole time I was waiting, other people were having to go back for damage and other issues. The people in the line behind me went in for damage, and as I was leaving, the person behind them was marching angrily back inside.

this place sent a false claim saying that there was damage to the car with excessive dog hair. I have a small chihuahua that is a service animal. he was in his carrier and I made sure I cleaned with a roller brush any hair that was left. If you have a service animal don't rent from here.
