This is a program that takes much of the guesswork out of getting healthy. I say getting healthy instead of losing weight because that is the focus they help you maintain. Josh has great experience and knowledge to help you achieve your goals. STICK to the protocol during phase one and the weight just starts coming off...FAST. Most of the food tastes great, and is quick and easy to prepare. Give them a try, you won't be sorry.

This is the best diet plan for fast weight loss that stays off, safely without dangerous diet pills. I lost the majority of my baby weight in a few months. The food is pretty good and the diet is very simple and easy to follow. I did not have time for a ton of meal prep and this fit exactly what I needed. This center is great and Josh was a great coach. I have recommended this diet and this location to everyone.
