As a BG customer for over 30 years I can recommend them as efficient,
helpful and easy to deal with.
Over the years we have had goods in transit,car and house insurance
cover and have found their prices competitive with most on-line
companies.With policy renewals they ensure that you have the best
possible value for the cover you require.
They have to be good otherwise I would have gone elsewhere long ago.

Been with BG insurance for very very long time, great service with amazing staff, always there to help. It's just a massive piece of mind to be with the Best!!!....... guys join them as I never had any regrets.

I have found BG Insurance to be competitive and efficient. Fortunately I have not had to make a claim so cannot comment on that aspect. However I find renewing very straightforward.

For years I have had my insurance arranged by BG. First few years I have compared the quotes with other providers, but never found anything better. Now I don't bother, but trust BG will find me best deal. Works fine all the time.

Literally the worse customer service I have ever received. Will never use this broker again. We asked them to provide a figure if we were to cancel the insurance to see if it was financially viable or if we should not bother getting the new car. They advised that we needed to wait a week for them to obtain a figure. We thought this was odd but waited the week anyway. A week later we contact them asking for the figure. They say they have to cancel the policy before they can tell us how much it will cost. We say we don't want to cancel until we know how much it will cost us. 2 weeks later they are still refusing to provide us with a figure.
