Their staff are abusive and rude, bad facilities and they try to get more money out of you accusing of stealing etc, Very unprofessional and crazy business.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
Never had such an awful experience. I was treated better and with more professionalism when travelling in India and old eastern bloc countries. We had the dorm room booked for 5 nights and a pod for 4 nights. The site is poor in facilities, there were several things that we found vexing but we were putting to one side in our minds to have a nice time, such as always running out of loo paper in the only toilet (there's a festival style porta lo as well but not impressed). We could not ignore the fact that we returned the eve of our last night to be told that all of our stuff had been moved from the pod to the dorm room. There had been a double booking for our last night. I don't believe that they had not known until that day. It later seemed that the new guests were their friends.
We were also accused as a party of taking BBQ disposable unit things (did not) and also accused of raiding their laundry because we had brought a lot of our own pillows due to my wife being very pregnant and them assuming we'd nicked them from them.
I have never been so insulted, the customer care was so seriously poor, there was not even a proper apology. I would recommend that all people avoid this place. Even at discounted rates it is not worth it regardless of the hassle I had I don't think the facilities and site are worth it. Then they are bloody rubbish at looking after you. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
