Absolutely shocking! Patient who suffers COPD was declined an appointment with a doctor! Even after trying to phone through for an appointment over 140 times in one morning because of breathing difficulties, following what doctors had told her before to ring and say she suffers COPD! Receptionist then told myself to bring my mum down in the pouring rain so she could see a nurse to be reviewed and the nurse then to decide if my mum needed to see a doctor!! Would not recommend becoming a patient at this doctors surgery! Certain reception staff are on one major power trip!
