The receptionist is nice and friendly as is the vet and the vet has always been good with my dogs

Dr. Robson is wonderful with my two German Shepherds. She is knowledgable and to the point. And she has a great personality. Would recommend anyone with a pet to choose her.

Can't fault this vet, my dog of 17 years had a stroke last Friday 12/5/17 when I rang up on Friday lunch time the vet booked us in for 4 and said sounds like she's having a stroke, when we got there the vet said we could give her tablets but me and my partner decided it was best to let her go, we stayed with her until her last breath and a few minutes more just to give her cuddles one last time, the receptionist was fantastic gave me tissues and a hug. How thoughtful they sent out a card which made me cry even more

The best service. Cannot fault them. The vet is a wonderful lady, and I always know my animals are in the best hands. Would recommend this practice without hesitation. I would say, if you're in need of a vet, this is the best, but I'm aware that some people feel the vet is a little abrupt. The truth is, she is there for our animals, not for us and I for one, am quite happy with that.
