Came in yesterday just to check a price I saw online. I don't know if it was because it was Sunday but no-one seemed to be listening to a thing I said. I came in with a simple question and ended up spending 25-30mins trapped in a cycle of uselessness with a lady who couldn't even understand how to spell my name when I laid it out phonetically or use her own computer systems.

The lady repeated the flight dept/arrival times on multiple occasions and did not actually provide any useful input into my holiday search. I'll just go it alone or go to Tompson.

This is a friendly store, all staff are brilliant especially Eric and Akiema always say hello. Sending me to sunnier skies 2017 :-). The store is so easy to get to and very modern, love the VR headset experience. Well done TC Westfield ... :-)

Very helpful throughout , from start to finish . They don't try to sell you something you don't want , quite the opposite.
