Booking system clear and easy to use, shows availability immediately along with the cost of your stay - all very useful. And I made a decent saving using this system to book my stay!

It was very nice to stay in your hotel. Situated close to Kings Cross Station and in a quiet road. Nice and clean room with coffee, tea, internet and breakfast included. I will gladly recommend your place.

I found there website and customer focus really refreshing. The website is so easy and straight forward to use. When I needed to amend my booking their on line support replied quickly and my booking was amended. I could ask for a better service I wished all on line experience was as good as this one. The only improvement I would like to see in a non 0845 number to call if you need to speak with someone. It would cost a lot to call my mobile
