Best River Cruise in London! Perhaps not the company with the newest boats, but the guide and personnel are very professional , friendly and with a big sense of humor !!! Just try it !

Paid for a ticket for myself and wife from Westminster to tower bridge. Waited an hour while 3 Thames clippers boats came and went. Finally went back to the ticket booth only to be in a long queue with others also wanting a refund.
Extremely unreliable service.
Go with Thames Clippers as they are far more reliable and better boats.

Fantastic Avontuur day trip
Extremely helpful and friendly staff.
Ive been on several Thames boat trips and this one was by far the best, the commentary actually made me sit up and listen even the kids paid attention it was fun and informative non of this pre recorded monotone drab boring drivel.
Dpnt hesitate to book with TRS
