I went in for a general chat about laser and left with detailed knowledge of the treatments, duration and quick tips. I signed up straight away for 6 sessions and went in for a patch test which was pretty straightforward. My first session with Irina was a great! She was very professional & thorough and made me feel at ease. I cannot wait for my next session in 4 weeks! :-)

From start to finish, my experience at EF Medispa is fantastic. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel well taken care of in Charlotte's capable hands - she really knows her stuff! Highly recommend.

I have been coming here for many years. I have met many therapists for various treatments over this time and all have been extremely professional and have gone over and beyond to put me at ease. There is a big variety of facials as well as body treatments. Location is great with good parking on the high street. Charlotte is very knowledgable and understanding of women's concerns.

I went here and I had a consultation with a woman I believe her name was charlotte and although I didn't go through and do any treatment I missed say her attitude towards me was something that I haven't had in a long time. Very professional. Helpful and tried to cater to my needs. Her staff on arrival was great also. I would 100% recommend anybody to use them and the customer service level was top notch. Thank you for all your help and understand as I was quite difficult to deal with as I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do... 5 star rating thank you charlotte
