Don't ever become a member here unless you want to be treated badly and not cared for.
I was a member here until unfortunately had some changes in my circumstances and had to leave. They never reply to emails and even after cancelling the membership, continued to charge my bank account for 5 further months. Their customer care is equals to zero. All they want is your money without actually delivering a service.
The worst fitness centre I have ever been!

In addition to all of this: they have children swimming every day, but I never see a life guard around! The swimming pool is dirty, just like the sauna and steam room. Their changing rooms are just the same.
They apparently have body balance class on Thursday mornings, but I never seen the teacher. They don't let you know about cancellations of classes, just let you sit in the class room to find it out for yourself. The service is very poor. The place is dirty and unsafe to use for children. I wonder if they are every audited...

Decent Healthclub with a swimming pool, sauna, steam, gym area, free weights and various spin classes that you can join up for, the male changing room could do with a facelift

It's a good gym and fairly economical for a London gym. Spread over several floors which can give it a but of a disjointed feel but you get used to it. Would be better if it had more of a social café bar area but guess you can't have everything when space is limited.

This is my local gym and I've been a member for a couple of years. I go weekly to the Saturday morning pilates class, which is a great workout and couple of times a week into the gym. Sometimes it can be quite frustrating when you take the time and effort to book onto a class whether initially or through the waiting list system, and the class is then overcrowded as people turn up who are obviously not booked on. It's great that you can do it all online or through their app and they have a three strike policy - you get a strike if you don't go to the class if you've booked, unless you cancel it up to one hour before. However, I do think that the waiting list system could be improved by allowing people to cancel within the one hour window. Occasionally, I've not been able to cancel my booking until well within the one hour window. I get a strike regardless so it would still be nice to actually be able to release my place to someone else. This results in some people missing out on the opportunity to go.
