Please don't waste your time. This place is a disgrace. Upon turning up for my appointment i was told that there would be no one doing my hair. (Hairdresser went home as he wasn't feeling well, he did not even bother calling or texting me) Staff was very rude and unprofessional. The place is very tiny with poor decor. Hairdressers speak very broken english and they have never heard of customer service. No one manages this Salon the chairs are rented out to very badly trained hairdressers. At the end i wasted £10 on travel, would never go back.Awful experience!

My experience of Touch Spa is so far limited but very good. I have visited Noreen for eye brow threading. She does a great job, and is detailed and very friendly to boot. I will try more treatments here.
