I regularly visit for massage and would highly recommend Koia. The space is contemporary, peaceful and attractive and I like the massage rooms outside in the courtyard at the back which feel like you're not in London any more.

I've been working with Piotr on a shoulder issue and have been really impressed by the effectiveness of the treatments. I've been been in pain for months and after 2 sessions I'm pretty much fully better. Every session is tailored to what I need and he really listens and adapts the treatment each time. His style is smooth and therapeutic but he has been one of the only massage therapists with the strength and technique required to really help my body to heal and feel incredibly relaxed after.

I used to only see female massage therapists but I'd never go back now as on a practical level, men are stronger and can apply greater pressure and I feel completely at ease as he is very respectful. Enjoy!

Superb - excellent therapists both male and female. I had a deep tissue massage with Chris who was highly qualified as a Physio, Chiro and in Reiki - clearly understands the muscular skeletal system. Feeling GREAT and I shall definitely return. Thank you.

Have been coming here for ages, the best spa for massages in town in my view. All massage therapists are good but Lavrentios is simply a magician. Worth a try.

I went in for a massage - having some back ache. I had an excellent fisiotherapist who took me in charge and gave me a professional massage. Do not hesitate to have the expert hands of a fisiotherapist (man) on you: it is all good.
