The staff are soo friendly.
I love the boxing classes.

DIRTY POOL AND SHOWERS. STAFF DON'T CARE.

The staff and the parking facilities are good, but the club is becoming very dirty (see photo of bogey in the shower), and is getting worse almost by the day.

No one seems to shower before entering the pool or the jacuzzi and you can smell body odor for a few seconds after a new gust enters the pool.

People also leave the gym and jump straight into the pool without showering first.

Great gym overall with all the regular amenities in addition to separate ladies/mens' sauna and steam rooms. One of the pricier gyms around. Cleanliness could be better, especially for the membership price.

This is a good gym, but the service is noticeably deteriorating while prices have increased.

The facilities are really good: beautiful swimming pool, lovely changing rooms with dedicated family areas, the staff are pleasant and classes have a good reputation (I've never used the gym). The place was refurbished last year and it rarely feels crowded.

However, they have obviously been short staffed over the last few months and it shows: the changing rooms, showers and corridors are always dirty now and there is no-one to ask for help when items run out. They've also recently increased their children's activities, which look really good, but lots of extra children during the day means lots more dirt which isn't being cleaned, and the showers now permanently smell of urine.

They also have an unfortunate habit of closing the pool or spa facilities with no notice, but as they never put notices on the front desk, you don't find out until you have actually changed, locked away your belongings and showered in preparation.

I would recommend this gym (although it certainly isn't cheap), but not whole-heartedly until they improve their staffing and communication with customers.
