Rubbish massage place. The rude receptionist asked for money upfront. I asked to use the toilet and my one hour massage started from that time even though I was 15 minutes early. I paid for one hour but only got 40 minutes. I asked for a relaxing massage however the lady was too rough and it was more deep tissue. I told her and she apologised saying she thought it was a deep tissue massage I wanted. No care for customers requirements. The massage lady was not qualified. She massage my shoulders from standing in front applying too much pressure on the joints. My shoulders have been making a snapping sound each time they rotate. It has almost been a year since. I complained to the receptionist that I did not get one hour and she hung the phone on me. They do not care about your well being. But your money. These are unprofessional people and will do damage to your body. Please do not go and spend your money in a massage place in a hotel etc. Ensure they are qualified and do an assessment before hand. Do not pay unfront. Thanks

I went here three times over the last few months to try to get information about their procedures, and every time was met with a couldn't care less attitude by the staff. Not the same person each time either. Once might have just been somebody's bad hair day, twice was beginning to look like a regular pattern, and I'm afraid the third time convinced me that all these people are after is your money, not giving good customer service and professional advice. I wouldn't normally write these review things, but enough is enough, and people need to know! If I could have given minus 1 star I would have.

The establishment is very clean; however, my massage was very unprofessional. Not only did the masseur not know how to perform a deep tissue massage, she finished 15 minutes early. I am sorry that I can't recommend this place as I had high hopes.

Probably the worst massage of my life. When I got there, lady at the reception told me cash only, pay upfront and no refunds. That was the first red flag. Anyway, I paid and was taken to a tiny dark room with pop music playing. Aren't massages supposed to be relaxing with spa music in the background? Then I tried to explain my back issue to the massage woman and she kept saying 'I take care of it' without hearing me out. I opted for a deep tissue massage and she was so ruthless! Plus she had long nails which dug into me. Not relaxing at all. I am in pain since then, it's been about 24 hours since the massage. Never again!

I be here before, this shop too chilled and massage lady is very old, ask too much tips, and not allow take shower after massage!if no tips they didn't do good massage! Let me feel really disappointed 😳
