The bed was so bony it had never eaten anything in its life, the girl at the front desk gave me dirty look I reckon she should get fired. the ceiling was dripping and pool had a dead fish in it, and I got given a cat but the girl at the front desk took it away what a bish, I am sick of her dirty looks like she is judging me all the time. at the restaurant I asked for no onions and guess what I got ONIONS, the steak was so raw that it mooed at me, I asked for no ice and I got ice how unprofessional. Me and my wife had decided to get a divorce and I blame it on the spa as she left me for the girl at the front desk. on the upside I got free hairdryer and free towels but there was no toilet paper and the air condition fell on a squirrel, ps if you go into room 103 there might be a tv missing it was the girl at the front desk what a bish.

Had a seated massage, nothing about the experience was great to be honest. I popped in during my lunch break so had to be on time, they were 10 mins late so I felt rushed. I wasn’t asked to fill in a medical form which I thought was strange. My massage was in a communal area close to the cashiers desk with the continual noise of the coffee machine and people arriving and paying. There was nothing relaxing about this experience. It’s not cheap so this was a complete waste of money sadly.

Extremely relaxing Cowshed facial with Hannah, who was super nice and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Nice decor in the main area and definitely made me want to go back.

Went here to get my nails done, and it's a nice place, but I was rushed out before my nails had even dried, and they ended up chipping 10 minutes later because they hadn't set properly. Any other time I have been to a nail salon they put my hands under a dryer, and check that the varnish has set before letting me go. Really upsetting when I'd been given the voucher for my birthday and was getting the nails done for a wedding as it was just wasted time and money

Nice location. Not too expensive. Good service but terrible products. Typically, when I get a facial, I expect salon strength products... However, in their spa, they just use the same stuff on their retail shelf and my skin didn't get the kick it needed. I did enjoy the massage during the facial tho.
