Convenient location just round the corner from Euston Square tube station, good modern facilities and helpful staff. Would use again for conferences. Nice lunch too!

Stay here whenever I can when working in London. Rooms of a high standard with everything you could possibly need! Staff welcoming and friendly. On my visit this week I was able to check in early as room was ready.

Don't even deserve 1 star! They are the worst! The pictures that they have on their websites and booking sites are misleading. Rooms are very tiny and there is always musty smell in the room. And they are freaking expensive for that standards!

Addition to that, there is no security whatsoever. My friend randomly goes to the reception asks for keys for the room (by the way she was not checked-in with me) and the receptionist doesn't even bother to call me to validate if that person is actually someone I know and they don't check for her ID, and they just give her new room keys and let her in. I don't want to imagine if that person was just someone random walking on the street and asking for keys and stealing all my belongings!

Another security issue : One evening, I come to my room and I see the window of the room is wide open while my luggage was just in front of the window. I am glad that the luggage didn't fell off the window.

When I gave this feedback to them, all they did is to deny and not to accept their fault and when they checked their records, they knew that they were lying and they didn't even apologize for their mistake!

It is the worst hotel experience ever! Stay away from them as much as possible!

The conference facilities were average. The refreshments and catering were excellent. However, the conference room and conference facilities were lacking. The IT and presentation equipment was sub standard and the room itself was either very hot or very cold and you could hear the water systems operating above you. There were also nowhere near enough toilet facilities for a venue of that size. The hand dryers were also situated within the toilet and set off drying automatically if you were stood in the vicinity of them, even if you were not drying your hands. There are some definite improvements that need to be made from a conference perspective.

A clean, modern room. Good sound proofing on the old windows, in fact had the window open rather than use the quiet aircon out of preference and found the little outside noise to not be disturbing. Heard some noise from the corridor so don't think the internal soundproofing as good but I guess that depends on the other guests! The breakfast was continental style and whilst fresh didn't have much of a selection. There was an upgrade to full English (and other options) but only noticed after we'd started our breakfast. Would have be nice to have that pointed out when we were seated. Very convenient location and not far at all from Euston station.
