Nice wild little spot in middle of king's cross. Shame of the train noise to make it calm space

Remarkable small nature reserve created, maintained and sustained by London Wildlife Trust since 1985.
Now destined for massive exposure as the abutting Kings Cross gentrification grinds on irrevocably and the environs mutate.
Get there sooner than later.
Simply marvellous.

Mostly wheelchair accessible, bark flooring makes it quite hard to push over. Some areas have steps. Very beautiful & tranquil spot.

Fantastic place to bring kids. Reminds me of the nature parks my parents took me to in America when I was a kid. Lots of educational material. But also very good for a relaxing stroll as a grown up, just a few minutes walk from kings cross.

As a nature lover it's a delight to find this green oasis of calm in one of London's most busy areas. It is also situated next to a canal. There is an outside cafe that serves food although I wasn't impressed with my vegetarian sausage sandwich. I did however, love a cool lemonade drink in a quiet spot on a lovely afternoon. Lots of trees and wildflowers and good for a little walking.
