just joined and I've been 3 times so far and I can say these classes have been one of the best that I have done, lots of focus on alignment with adequate demonstrations and overall a great atmosphere .

Yogaloft generally offers a program of classes. Unfortunately there are elements of the management that seem to be more focused on dubious financial gain instead of building a loyal customer base.
