It's a welcoming leisure centre and has stuff like a gym, swimming pool, badminton/squash, workout place it really is a nice leisure centre!

Good gym, many cardio machines available, not so many resistance machines and equipment available, great functional area, overall always clean, very busy from 17h until close.

The pool is so busy in the evenings and is pretty much lane only swimming. The facilities are pretty well maintained and it's within easy reach to the high street, bus stops, tube and overground services.

Atrocious customer service. I was forced to get out of the pool with my baby, because it was an adult only session and a class was on in the teaching pool. And this is after having been sold a ticket for a swim. The poolside staff had no idea how to speak to human beings and instead just barked orders ('get out', 'get dressed and go and get a refund'). Neither they nor the manager Alex King showed much capability for customer service. A very, very poor service in what is already a pretty basic facility.
