I used the children's soft play area. To be honest it's quite dirty. The area for small children is unhygienic and the larger part has a very strange entrance and you can't see your children if they enter that part of apparatus. There are others in the area like Peckham which is a lot cleaner and more serviced facility. I don't think I will be using part of the centre again very soon. It's only because it is the closest to me

The gym is great but the Creche is horrible. The person in charge of the Creche is badly educated and very disrespectful. a child fell and they did not make the mom to sign the injuries report.

The worst thing about this gym, and something I find completely inexplicable, is the terrible customer service.

It is literally impossible to contact the front desk or the membership desk via phone. They do not reply to emails. When I visited the club in person they said that the membership team is "on a break" (one of multiple times this excuse has been given). They also said themselves that "they have a real problem with answering the phone."

One of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever had and led to my cancelling membership by cancelling the direct debit rather than through them. The fact that I did cancel shows that I don't rate the gym highly in any case, other than its convenient location.

The gym itself is what you'd expect considering the money you're paying. The weights room is not great, gets packed very easily while the cardio equipment is OK.

This centre is a great place to go to the gym, swim, go to the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, or football practice etc
There a classes for different sports, karate, badminton, dance, gymnastics, tennis, etc and a soft play area.
There is a cafe area and a creche, and sweet machines.
Classes are reasonably priced

This gym is so inclusive. I love that it feels like a wholesome place without the aim of vanity, where moms take their kids to swim, open to all sorts of people and income levels. As a student I only pay £33 a month which is one of the lowest prices in London for a gym that has barbells. Busy around 5-7pm, best in the mornings around 6-8am.
