I love coming here for the yoga. It has been on my doorstep for years and only now am I making the most of this fantastic place for yoga with insightful teachers. Especially enjoy the yin and reformative yoga with Ling, every Monday I feel set up for the week (actually skip with delight leaving) and sleep so well. It is also a fab way to start the weekend here with a yoga practice. Thank you Liz and team.

My favourite shop in London. Everything from my clothes to gifts. Beautiful hand made and unique products at great quality and a sensible price given everything is made ethically. My #1 favourite.

I love this cute shop that sells goods by independent designers including clothing, jewelry, hats, bags and knick knacks for the home. I may not always buy something when i go, but when I do, I am always sooooo happy with it as there is usually one/two of each size... and you know you are not likely to see it on someone else. They also do yoga there... I still need to give that a go.
