I bought an iPad from these theives never claimed on the 3 year insurance plan that I had now that I need it I am being told that it is experience last October. When I asked why I wasn't told it was experiencing I was told it wasn't complain policy. The man I spoke to said 'we do not tell our customers when their insurance is expiring'. I am very angry.
