Friendly and helpful staff. Very fast WiFi here. Convenient location; based in between Russell square and Holborn tube station. Very near British Museum. There's a Sainsbury nearby too.

I stayed here for 3 days while my wife and I were traveling through out London. The room was a little small and only had one outlets to plug things in. Other then that, the hotel is great. They let us check in early and breakfast every morning was great.

The hotel itself is close to the British Museum and many other attractions.

Aweful! Dried out breakfast no better than you would get out a microwave meal, rooms need overhauling no A/C and when it's hot it's unbearable to sleep in the rooms even better when your windows don't stay open. The Bannister leading to the rooms in the stair is going to fall off soon and is going to end up injuring someone and most of the carpets are worn through to the underlay. I would be ashamed to be the hotel manager!
