The perfect place right in the middle of the west end. Staff very friendly and professional, compact room but they have what you really need. I believe there's no hotel like this in terms of location.

In the middle of it all! Wow, simple check in, to a simple small room with great features. If you are a really go outside type who isn't concerned about massive space and just a fun room with amazing location, this is the place. I will be back.

Excellent Location, Friendly Staff. But rooms are a bit small. Still, had a very good stay here. Had a very nice view of the busy colorful streets of Soho.

This was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel. Even though the rooms might be small, I had a beautiful view, the breakfast is perfect, and the whole staff was very friendly and generous at all times. I will always prefer this hotel during my next stays in London. Thank you for your hospitality!

I chose this hotel mainly for its location. The walking distance from the Underground is great and you are in the heart of Soho with many great restaurants around and pubs. The rooms, as it mentions on the site, are small but very nice. I felt comfortable in my room despite the size. My only complaint is that the shower did not stay warm and would continuously go from warm to cool to slightly warm to cold within a matter of seconds.
