The entire staff was amazing - always willing to help with any request and so patient. The staff in the restaurant were particularly incredible in that they remembered our faces and always had a kind word. The hotel itself is quite lovely and was a comfortable place to stay. We were there for a meeting and the meeting and events staff were incredibly flexible and we had our best event yet because of them.

The Rembrandt was perfectly place for my first trip alone. Close to the tube, transportation and many lovely museums. Lots of interesting restaurants and close to shopping.Staff was courteous but not very prompt.
The high tea was lovely. Most hotels ask if this is a special occasion but yours doesn't. When I confirmed the reservation, I stated that this was a birthday celebration. Thinking that they would acknowledge this in some way. It was ignored. It's the details that make a hotel special. Having said that I would still recommend this hotel .

Very nice hotel, location is excellent. My only issue was with checking in and out. Upon arrival, 3 members of staff dealing with one guest who had some issue with their bill. No-one acknowledged our presence and we waited for several minutes. When finally we were noticed the receptionist was unsmiling and terse. Whilst checking us in she was still dealing with her colleagues over the previous guest, asking me questions but then not listening to the answers as her attention was still on whatever her colleagues were doing. Checking out was uneventful but still unfriendly. Room was very clean but not sure why it was fitted out for wheelchair/disabled guest as we are neither (apologies if all the rooms are like this - but I booked in May) Surprised by housekeeping knocking at around 8.30 in the morning on a Sunday. Breakfast was nice if somewhat crowded. Hotel was very hot.

We were six nights this time and enjoyed a lovely room (650) that was excellent and quiet. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always a treat and usually a unique experience, never knowing where you might sit. One waiter, Johny was consistently friendly and helpful. The reception staff were always very pleasant and helpful.

One suggestion, for our room - a hanger for a towel adjacent to the shower would be helpful. Fabulous shower!

We have had the opportunity to stay at the Rembrandt many times over the past 10 years and will continue to do so! Thanks for a great visit.

Great location near museums and Harrods. Great choices at breakfast buffet. Spacious room. Smart phone was an unexpected bonus and well used. Highly recommend spa package with back massage too. Wonderful stay!
