Excellent budget hotel friendly helpful staff. Great location for central London. Clean quiet comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Stayed here for work. Location is quite good, about 15 min walk from London eye and near Metro. My room was fine, clean and the bathroom was nice. It's a basic three star hotel breakfast, I don't eat meat so slightly limited but there was yoghurt/cheese/bread. Totally fine hotel in itself, found staff to be quite rude and unfriendly, especially breakfast staff. They all spoke to each other in a different language and kicked everyone out the second they had finished despite a lack of queue. I was finishing off breakfast and they all sat down and started eating theirs which I thought was unprofessional. Front of house staff slightly better but pretty much just unenthusiastic.
Probably would stay again for location if it's just for somewhere to sleep rather than spend any time

The quality of the rooms might not be that great and the showers are tiny but the beds are comfortable enough. The main selling points though are it's very cheap, especially if you're staying in London for a week, and above all else the transport links. You can catch a bus just outside the hotel along the road to Leicester Square or anywhere nearby.

I've stayed in quite a few hotels in London and this is by far my favourite just because it doesn't cost a fortune and I can get to / from the West End very easily. There's nothing worse than getting a 3 star hotel 'in the city' that's a mile walk from the nearest tube or bus stop!

My only gripe is that the breakfast is abysmal and not really worth having. I'd recommend instead walking to the shops along the street as there's a cafe there that do very nice reasonably priced breakfasts.

No issues at all found with the hotel. I made a 1-bed half board booking to attend an internship for the same length of time. Therefore, I only used the hotel to eat and sleep, only to head out again the next morning. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help someone if you ever find yourself in trouble.

I loved breakfast since there was an array of food, from full English to continental, so it was easy to overeat.

However, the evening meals were served in small amounts despite the large dishes, which didn't quell my appetite well enough. The price was also a little too steep for my liking, but then again, one forgets that they are in London.

Overall, therefore, the hotel did what it was there to do so and I would definitely book with them again should I return next year.

Great location and rooms are okay, beds are fine nothing special, window View depends on your luck and the cards that open your door. Breakfast was pretty good though with lots of tasty food there. Staff was awful, well I really couldn't tell since as far as I can tell they were all foreigners with a thick accent to back that up so understanding these people is a challenge on its own.
