Great hotel, very close to kings cross. Would recommend for anyone staying in London.

Great location. Clean and tiny hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately in these old buildings there is no lift which could trouble you if you have heavy luggage. Rooms are tiny as well but beds are conformable enough. Breakfast might be better. WiFi is stable and reliable. Very good for the price.

A lovely little hotel , nice and clean with very helpful friendly staff ... Only downside was no lift in the building ...

Small room with ensuit. Bit noisy and really hot on warm days but we found a fan in the wardrobe. Room and ensuit very clean, bed comfortable, kettle in the room. Breakfast good but dinning room is very small and every morning it took 5-10 minutes to get a table. Recommended for short stays only.

Stayed many times and is always the first price-check when booking to head down to London. Yes, the rooms are small; yes, the bathrooms are small. But if you're anything like us, we just need a bed and a shower and near a tube and that's exactly what you'll get. The breakfast is a welcome bonus!
Never had any issues with cleanliness in the three years we've been visiting, and the staff are always welcoming and remember us when we go for the successive NFL games. Already booked to stay again!
