The hotel was a bit pricey considering the condition of the rooms and often quite noisy. Room service was adequate but nothing special and again a bit on the pricey side. Room was spacious with a nice bathroom.

Really lovely hotel our room was spotlessly clean and quiet even though on the front . The room was a little on the small though and had a couple of squeaky floorboards(room 121)but ideal for a short stay. The location is ideal and I always book this location when visiting London. Staff are very professional, polite and attentive. Breakfast is continental style and was really good . Would defiantly stay here again, thank you blakemore!

Gorgeous hotel centrally located. Professional staff. Big bedrooms. Delicious food. Good sized meeting room spaces. Recommend.

This could have easily been a 4 star review with very little effort.
First of all, allow me to say that the rating is based on 5 elements: location, room cleanliness and comfort, breakfast, staff and price.
It's in a great location but you can see that from the map. Within 5 minutes of walking distance, you have lots of food choices.
The room I got was very spacious because it was for disabled. However, TV didn't work and they couldn't change the room (I highly doubt that though). The bed would need an update. Other than that, the room was spotless and really nice. It has a minibar (empty though). Another advice: put plugs next to the bed. We don't want to leave our phones charging on the other side of the room.
Staff is kind, friendly and smiley, so that's a plus.
I got a very good deal in terms of price considering the location and that I booked a week before my stay.
Breakfast though was highly disappointing. I don't think they realise how much it can mean to customer's experience and how by investing just a little bit, they would get a good ROI.
If it wasn't for the breakfast, the bed which was simply ok and the broken tv, it would have been a 4 stars.

Perfect location, located right next to Hyde park. Friendly staff and the room we recieved was clean, spacious and well presented. Sleeping here was blissful as me and my partner had no problem with noise coming from the hallway or other rooms. 5/5 would recommend and stay again.
