Rich Mix is a charity cinema located in hip area, Shoreditch, hence they offer cheaper cinema tickets than any other commercial cinema chains. It has a cool, artsy vibe, which I really like. Tip: Don't miss out on £10 for 2 tickets promo for latest movie release on Monday!

One of the best local cinemas, both for quality and range of what is offered, as well as the strong work they do in arts and performance. Focused on being in accessible to Tower Hamlets residents, so if you have an Ideas store card you can go to movies on Mondays and Tuesdays at a discount rate. If you apply for membership (£45pa) you can support the cinema and also secure discounts on popcorn etc as well as cinema tickets

I love this place. But you have to enjoy casual, community-led places as this is no fancy trendy designed place or anything hip for that matter. It's just a nice community space with the occasional exhibit, event or live performance and a cinema. I use it mostly for the cinema and the movie selection is always good, with a nice mix of indie and blockbusters. The best part is the price of a ticket which, at £10.75 adult, is not bad in this city. Mondays are two for £10 or one for £6, and they have parent and baby screenings. Rooms are decent and sound quality too.

Excellent cinema facilities; comfy seats, good sound, extremely good value.
Nice adaptable theatre space.
Great food at Indigigo (Indian food) within the building + a snack bar for the cinemas & theatre bar. Easily accessible. Very friendly staff.

Relaxed informal cinema and arts areas. I've watched performance arts from interactive African drumming to live story telling to simply taking in a movie. Weekend's are cheap with kids club and they sell good and alcohol
