It is a multiplex so the only difference between them is the staff and in this one people are really good. They are attentive and do their work in a polite manner.

Good screens BUT extremely slow service and booking system. They got rid of the ticket office and the self-service machines are either slow or out of order. Basically because everyone is trying to sort out theur tickets at the counters, to order popcorn you sometimes need to wait 25mins in a queue with just 5 people.... Today we spent 35minutes there but had to give up and change our plans as the machine shut down on us 3 times and tge queues upstairs were NOT moving. NOT IMPRESSED

A wonderful Cineworld cinema in the middle of Wandsworth :) Atmosphere is elegant & cosy. There are number of screens available in this cinema. Seats are lot more comfortable than many other cineworlds I have been to. If you want to have a classy Cineworld experience in London (except West end), I'd highly recommend this place. Thank you.

Considering vast number of screens there aren't always that many films on at peak times. Staff friendliness is a lottery. Overall not a bad cinema. Upgraded early 2017. New seats are quite comfortable. Free parking between 7pm and 2am if you swipe your parking ticket in the cinema. Do not buy the nachos they are absolutely foul, you have been warned.

I rate this cinema very poorly. I have been a loads of times but would recommend not going if you haven't booked prior or turn up half an hour earlier because that is how long you will have to wait before you can buy a ticket. When they did the renovation they saw fit to put in counters so that you can just buy tickets. Brilliant idea. Now they are never manned and so can only buy tickets upstairs or on the terminal where people are dithering about what to watch and or buying food where the student serving is on a go slow. That brings me to the website although I am a cineworld card holder I was trying to book a movie which kept on asking me to refresh and it wasn't until I phoned customer services that I found out it was sold out. That's fine however not sure what 5 year old sets up a website without such rudimentary feature. Without the card I would not visit this cinema at all.
