Appalling, failed to register when I returned the van so assumed I still have it. Customer service call Centre unable to help or contact the branch. Very stressful to resolve. Do not recommend

No issues. In and out in 10 minutes. Polite young man. Good vehicle. I have switched from Hertz to Avis and am happier.

Had booked largest van week in advance and made clear we needed biggest van. When we turned up to pick van they had none at this branch and none in London. Would not recommend renting vans from here

Never take the phone after calling for more than 20 minutes. Charge 7£ for something that cannot know why.

Booked a car in advance but no car available when we arrived. Avis "Preferred" customer too. 3 staff members behind the but only 1 actually working. Very lay-back on a Bank Holiday.
Not the first time we've had dire service from Avis/ Budget. Won't use Avis again, so disappointing.
