Chose this hotel as close to the station and shopping areas. Good value for money. Decent sized room, decent amount of teas and coffee in room and mugs instead of cups.....

Cheap price to pay, which is good. The rooms were big enough and location was very good. The toilet had some problem to flush properly and the waterpressure from the shower was weak.. the water also changed between being cold and too warm.
Breakfast was okay... cant expect more when its a 2star hotel. The staff were friendly. Would stay again next time in Leeds

The hotel itself is dated and a bit of a maze to walk in around in but It's a 2 min walk to the station.
I stayed in a twin room and the price was very reasonable considering the location and how large the room was. The beds were clean and comfortable however our window opened up in to an alleyway/fire escape and it smelled a bit unpleasant so had to sleep with the windows closed.
It wasn't a big issue considering the last minute booking and price. The staff were friendly and it served its purpose. We didn't stay for breakfast. There is free wifi.

The location is amazingly handy and convenient, the price charged is fair, the staff is very friendly and the overall aspect of the hotel is very clean. Therefore, those are the main reason I grant it four stars. However the breakfast is not worth the price and I think that could be improved considerably. But anyway, it's a very good accommodation option for a short stay in town.
