Visiting while family run the annual 10K & 17K marathons. Great location as all around there are walks and amazing outlook.
Historically important Culloden is a centre we have visited for decades.
It does not fail to deliver.

Very tastefully done. Love going for an early morning walk around the field before the centre opens and the tourists descend. The centre is worth going into if you've never been before but if you've been once then you've seen pretty much all it has to offer. Very informative though. The cafe is open to non paying visitors and serves nice, reasonably price food. There's also a gift shop selling everything from whisky to fluffy haggis.

This was a fantastic experience. The way the display was laid out was really engaging and the centre is lovely and modern. Cafe was good and large gift shop with plenty of parking. Really glad we made the time to stop off here.

Centre is fantastic, especially loved the layout with the Jacobean timeline on one side and the loyalist forces' on the other as you walk round. The 360 battlefield movie is a really cool experience. The battlefield itself is great to walk round. Quite thought provoking if you do this after walking round the centre. Have yet to visit a better exhibition dedicated to the Jacobean period.

Took the guided tour. Very educational. While extensive walking, not terrible difficult. Doable with a walker or chair if needed. Facility's building is excellent with self led audio tour through museum & live 'character' portrayals! Excellent souvenir & restaurant. Fully handicap accessible!
