Disappointed with service, quoted £33 to Birmingham airport picked up at correct time only to be told it was £40! Asked to book return pick up, again told it should have been booked on original booking,the chap on the phone said book the return with the driver when he drops you off. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. The taxi wasn't there when we arrived back at airport, after phoning to see where it was we were told driver is on his way, (as the flight was 1/2 hour late) do they not check flight times? Would not recommend this company.
