Coventry Taxis

Possibly the worst taxi company in the world ever.
I ordered a taxi to take to the train station to go to the airport. After phoning them and being told it would be 5 minutes. The taxi was a no show. Had three cancellations by text. They then didn't pick up the phone for more than half an hour.
The end result- train missed, plane missed and holiday ruined.

Beware the text to book service.. I received no confirmation so I called the number and found the mobile phone on the other end was turned off!! Lucky I checked...

I'd recommend calling to book. Obviously I ended up using another company, since these guys were unavailable..
