Not really happy with the person i talked with sunday morning...she was really rude, instead of kindly tell me i rang the wrong number and that there was another number for gloucester, she shouted at me like i kidnapped someone. Had never spoken to someone like that!!!

We called Starline and said we needed a taxi for 7 people, so the operator said that she would send two taxis. Only one taxi turned up. The driver told us bluntly that we had to "be patient" and wait for the second taxi, but it didn't turn up. We rang back twice and nobody answered the phone. On the third ring, the operator answered and said she "forgot" to order the second taxi. When we arrived, I was trying to get my elderly grandmother out of the taxi, but the driver didn't have his handbrake on and started rolling back. I had to shout from outside to avoid him hitting another parked car. Atrocious service.

Used starline twice recently and both time they were super efficient and drivers were really friendly.

The driver for Starline Taxis Cheltenham with registration number PK09 GKZ puts passengers and other drivers lives at risk! The driver for Starline barged in and out of traffic with no thought to other drivers or their safety and when a car in front pipped her horn, the gesture he gave was unacceptable as he was carrying children to school! I hope the school transport manager finds out about this and revokes their contract.

Friendly driver and quick pick up, but did charge us am extra 90p to go an 'out of the way cash point ' which was a stones throw from the drop off!
