A very nice room and comfortable bed, a great bar with some interesting cocktails, lovely food in the restaurant and friendly, efficient staff. What more do you need?

Attractive hotel, nice comfortable rooms but lots of confusing stairs to climb trying to find best way locate room/reception (no room numbers).

Confusing booking prices and offers which resulted in expensive food bills, plus make sure you study the invoice before you pay as we had to phone to get a refund on a full breakfast we didn't have. Still waiting to get the refund after two days.

Apart from that we loved it's location near to the beautiful city centre.

Had a great stay at the hotel, room was lovely and the welcoming glass of bubbly a nice touch! Fabulous bathroom and tge bed was sooo comfortable! Good cocktails in the bar as well

Absolutely stunning. Staying in the Moet suite and it is like a dream. Beautiful big room, double roll top baths in the room with huge double walk in showers, 8 foot bed, even a rocking horse for our little boy and dog friendly too. Also complimentary wi-fi and a gloriously large TV with bose surround sound and the icing on the cake this very hot day is the air conditioning. Such a wonderful treat after over a week on the road camping. Thank you to the wonderful, warm and friendly staff - you are impeccable.
