Good range of facilities and conveniently located. Few bits of missing equipment in the gym but overall alright. Price isn't great if you're primarily using the gym.

The sales people was miss leading their potential costumers let them to join there club! It happened this year 2017 the 3rd Jan. When sales people introduce me what this club offers said even they are changing owner but it is 'not likely to change the rule which is on Friday, member can bring one friend with to use the gym together, and it has been like this for 5 years so that it is not likely to change.' Therefore I trusted and joined the club. But just 3 days later, today the 6th of Jan, the first Friday of this year when i brought my friend to the club we had been told it is no longer valid that on Friday can bring a friend with a member. It is really up set to me! Because of this selling point I joined this club but 3 days after it changed the rule! What a lie! The management of DW fitness is rubbish! Since in the gym there is no body can help me and even I passed my details to them and expected their manager will contact me but nothing! I have to call to their head office to report this problem, it is very long time waiting to get into their line and they transfer my to the complain team but the person who is answering my call didn't wait until I finished my complain she hang up my phone!!! It was very rude!!! What a horrible management!!! It was the call to their head office and nobody is take any responsibility to that!!!! They do not care!!! Because they have sold the membership, that's it, job done. Whatever services they promised now they have changed! And I am poorly have to be bind into this contract for months!!!!! And I have tried to complain but it is not useful at all!!!!! The new owner DW fitness is a rubbish boss!!!! Its eyes just for Money!!! Put their customer at the last!!!!!

Great gym! Friendly and informative staff and trainers. Good variety of equipment and nice gym layout. Hours are okay but would be better if the gym was open later on weekends.

great gym, clean, well run, friendly enthusiastic staff, never had a problem, Stuart the new manager is doing a great job. Gripes - non except for members who leave kit on the floor!!!

Excellent gym, clean, spacious and always enough equipment for everyone, even at peak times.

All sizes and shapes are present, each person enjoying their own workout. Would recommend for any wanting to get healthy. No matter what age or fitness
