Disappointing. The most recent review under mine sums it up pretty well. We were a party of ten, another party of about ten are booked in at the same time, only 9 people allowed in the pool at once so we were very aware of not spending too much time in there so the other party could go in - not ideal. A room full of 20 odd women chatting also does not make for relaxation, this place needs at least another room which is quiet where people can actually relax. The massage I had however was excellent (deep tissue), and the staff were polite apart from one (dark hair, glasses) with a clear chip on her shoulder whenever we asked a question. The afternoon tea we had after was terrible - stale cut up sandwiches seemingly from the local supermarket, massive slices of stale cake, dry plain scones and cream and jam serves on plates having clearly just been spooned out of a jar. Coffee was weak and undrinkable, just awful. Area we ate was not cosy or relaxing, someone with an eye for detail needs to spruce the upstairs up a bit. Price is cheap, quality is cheap. If you want to nip in for a massage then perfect, but if you want a real spa all day experience I'd save a bit more and go somewhere else.

Terrible, this is not a spa. It's a tiny pool not big enough to swim in and a steam room. Worse than a budget hotel gym pool. What a joke at £35 per person for 10 people. Disgusting, and when we complained the manager was rude accusing us of making threats with reviews when we couldnt get a resolution and left early. He said that we'd had 3/4 of our time there. We complained as soon as we got there and again less than 2 thirds into our painful 3 hours. We didn't want to be there but were refused any money back. The pool allows a maximum of 9 people it is that tiny, and we were a party of 7 amongst other groups there. There is NOTHING else to do other than a pathetic steam room. Awful.... 1 shower for 15 (ish) women leaving at the same time for the rest of our party. Dirty used cotton buds in the changing rooms. Holes in the robes. Where do I stop with the list of why not to be ripped off by this terrible establishment. So upset.
