Me and my 10 year old son both train here and love this family academy. No egos and instructors really are knowledgeable in what they do. My son has definately become more focused on setting and reaching goals. Awesome place to train.

A very friendly academy. Myself and my 2 children all train here. They have age specific classes, so that the children are taught with this in mind. Not only does it help keep us fit, but also promotes confidence and there is a real sense of community spirit about the place. All the instructors are knowledgable and very approachable. I would highly recommend this academy for either adults or children.

This is a great, friendly club. My four year old son trains here twice a week and looks forward to coming to meet his friends and have lots of fun.

Brilliant classes that push me to my limits everyday. Its also a very friendly atmosphere, I've been coming for two years now and I'm still as keen now as i was on day one :) I've made a lot of friends. Definitely recommend coming here :) So if you're in any doubt buy a trial and come find out for yourself :)

This place is amazing. The freedom to come in at any time without pre-booking makes the experience way less stressful when it comes to organising your life! The classes are an amazing work out, fun and so rewarding, with different sized groups depending on the time of day you go. I come out every time looking like an exhausted but happy tomato and keep coming back for more (when I can!!)
