Great museum and tour guide. Really interesting and different. You can't go round without a guide so check the times before you come.

Peculiar museum, offers unusual but nice tour for little ones. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

One of the best small museums I have visited. A fascinating insight into the workings of a small business which existed in the back streets of so many towns. Not at all spooky.

Found quite by accident in a nostalgic wander round central Birmingham, and couldn't resist. Went on the guided tour and found it absolutely fascinating. Original building, original machinery in full working order, and very atmospheric. Our guide Cornelius had worked there and clearly loves the place, so he gave us quality information non-stop, not just about coffin-making but about factory working conditions generally. Wouldn't have missed this for anything, and will definitely revisit next time I'm in Birmingham.
