Uses to be great but quality of food deteriorated and staff seem overstretched. Atmosphere and surroundings still warm and welcoming. Original menu excellent, why change a winning formula?

Good value delicious tapas, three good-sized dishes for a tenner with lots of ciabatta. Added a nice glass of wine. Efficient friendly service. A lovely meal all round.

To be very picky, the music was a touch too loud but I was a lone diner trying to read as I ate, probably most wouldn't be bothered by that.

I'm told they do good breakfast too.

Average. Decor nice and retro. Staff, food and atmosphere average. I had Lounge Eggs with smoke salmon, it was cold. However it was well presented and if it was warm or hot it would prob be very nice. Coffee was good. In summary....not worth making a complaint but very average and forgettable overall.

Trendy with relaxing vibe... staff welcoming and friendly. Good choices for both vegan and gluten free. Food very nice..service good. ideal place for those lunchtime meet ups!

Standards are slipping here...
I used to visit the lounge once a week. The atmosphere is always great. Coffee is very good. But lately the food has not been to a good standard. It takes ages to come out and then it's either overcooked or cold. I complained a couple of times and all I got was "I'll let the kitchen know". That didn't feel like customer service to me.
I've been such a big fan of this place but have been rather put off by the last three or four visits.
