I was recommended to Centurion Cars by a friend who uses them frequently. Me and a group of friends used the service to attend the boxing in Cardiff. The driver was flexible with his timings as trains were delayed and didnt complain about this or add it on to rate. We had an 8 man car which was perfect for what we needed. He waited in Cardiff until it finished which could have been anytime and was very good at communicating where to meet. I will be certainly using this service again, especially when Bath play Leicester at Twickenham early next year. 5 Star service. Thanks again !

Booked a taxi for a set time. Taxi never turned up. Phoned them and they said nobody had accepted the job but they hadn't bothered to let me know. Great or what?

DO NOT USE CENTURION TAXIS! We booked four cars for my family to attend my wedding with several months notice, after a number of calls made to confirm the booking (for three days leading up to the wedding day) with assurances, when the time arrived no cars bothered to turn up leaving my family to make alternative arrangements and causing obvious stress (especially when Centurion Taxis did not answer their phones on the day and we even walked down to their offices which were closed... on a Sunday in Bath!). Their incompetence nearly made my family be late for my wedding after travelling over 250 miles to attend the day before.

These guys are a waste of time, save your time by booking another taxi service if it's an important day for you. They WILL let you down. Well done to Abbey Taxis for saving the day with minutes to spare.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. booked months in advance for a hen do and quoted £32 per car. This was then confirmed about a month before. We then attempted to confirm on the day and tried calling numerous times in both the day and the evening but no one ever picked up the phone. We finally got through at 10.30 when the taxi's where due to pick us up but they denied ever taking a booking and hung up on us multiple times. They said they would get taxi's out to us ASAP but it would be another £65. Not wanting to ruin the night we agreed to this. the fist taxi then turned up half an hour later then they said. The second then turned up another half a hour after that, this taxi driver was very rude and completely unapologetic he also said it was going to cost nearer £90 not the agreed price of £60 and refused to take them any further and took them home. This resulted in half the hen party not being able to go out due to it being passed midnight and not being able to get any other taxis. I have never had such poor service in my life. Your company caused unnecessary stress and completely ruined half the groups evening resulting in them missing out on something they had pre-payed for and now cant get there money back! your company and drivers should be ashamed of themselves. I just wish we had read all of these reviews before relying on your sham of a company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID - they won't turn up.

Booked a taxi over an hour in advance for a simple 10 minute ride. They simply didn't turn up. This meant we missed our mini bus taking us to a church for a wedding.

The driver didn't even bother calling. We called over nearly 20 times with no answer.

This seems to be a common occurance judging by previous reviews.
