I used Rickards of Bath in June 2012 and found the staff to be extremely helpful. I was after a 'Jump' bag and couldn't source the right one anywhere - until I found these guys. I don't live in Bath and although I was sceptical about the website, I called the shop and was able to order the exact bag I wanted which was promptly sent to me with next day delivery at no additional charge.

Very helpful friendly staff. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!
